• Special Edition for Restaurant Kitchen Aluminum Swing Doors - This unit is an unheated Air Curtain, it does not produce cold or hot air. Air curtain is a powerful fan that creates a high speed air stream over the entrance to separate the interior and exterior air while preventing dust and smoke from entering. The metal case is powder coated and the slim body is easy to clean. A delay switch keeps the air curtain on for an additional 2 seconds to allow the swinging doors to fully close.
• US Patented Magnetic Switch Controlled Circuit (Patent No. US10584889B2) - The magnetic switch installation is simpler than the traditional mechanical plunger switch and does not require direct contact, preventing damage from door slamming. It operates on 12VDC, making it safer and eliminating the need for hard wiring. It functions even if the door closer is not working properly by installing it at a closer distance while the door is closed.
• 2 Speeds - The air curtain has a super powerful high speed at 785 CFM, 57dB and a low speed at 628 CFM, 55dB. It operates on 120V 60Hz 230W (0.31HP, 2.40A), consuming less power than other industrial air curtains. It utilizes German electrical machinery technology and can run continuously during business hours. It has 1 fan wheel on the left side and 1 motor on the right side, with an 18” air outlet that can cover window openings up to 20”.
• Easy Installation - Installation is made easy by following the Technical Specification User Manual. First, securely mount the detachable mounting plate. Then, hang the air curtain. Finally, install the optional magnetic switch and connect it to the dedicated 2 wires. With the magnetic switch installed, the air curtain will automatically turn on when the door is opened.
